Menu Sample

We'll either build you a  menu or event or you may provide  alternative menus.  Special events take time to create so plan ahead .We devote everything to impeccable service and innovative cuisine and you.

Here's an example of a format we might use for our menu.

Design your own NINE-item buffet. In addition to the items you

select you also receive fresh baked dinner rolls, dessert platter

(chocolate fudge brownies, carrot cake and cookies), and beverages

(assorted sodas and coffee).

Main course (select two):

*Carved Top Sirloin

Seasoned with cracked black pepper, kosher salt,

herbs served with creamy horseradish sauce.

*Chicken Provincial

Breast with garlic herb butter, mushrooms, and diced

tomatoes.

*Marsala Chicken

Breast with marsala wine sauce.

*Poached Salmon

Served with béarnaise sauce.

*Roasted Chicken

Slow roasted, perfectly seasoned whole chickens cut

into 8 pieces

*Pork Roast

Served with spicy fruit salsa.

*Chicken Picatta

Served with caper-herb butter.

*Rosemary Lamb

Served in natural juice with mint sauce.

*Roasted Tom Turkey

Served with giblet gravy.

*California Pit Ham

Slow cooked ham with orange honey glaze.

*Ritzy Chicken

Whole chickens breaded with seasoned ritz crackers,

cut into 8 pieces.

Notes:

Beverage Service for 4 hours includes assorted sodas

(or punch),water and coffee station, bartender and

beverage station supplies, add $5.00 pp (client to

purchase alcoholic beverages).

Price includes china plates, napkins, utensils, buffet

tables/linens.

Discount available for disposable plates.

We provide any/all rentals at cost.

This menu adapts to any occasion.

This special can be upgraded by adding Hors Doeuvres,

additional items or our deluxe dessert bar.
